The Europeans are contested in three separate divisions, with the C-Division taking place a few months before the A & B.

Last year, Wales had to battle through the C-Division, after relegation in the 2012-13 season. However, the team secured their place in the B-Division, and go into this week’s tournament aiming to stay there, with an eye on┬áthe knockout stage and possibly the A-Division.

You can follow their progress by tracking the live scores on the official event website. You can also keep up to date with the daily Welsh Curling Highlights programmes on our YouTube channel.

Wales’ first match is against Finland at 3pm GMT (4pm local).
