These are some of the most common questions we have been asked about accessing the Clubroom pages. Just click on a question to expand the answer.

  1. I get a 'Page Not Found' error when selecting club notices. What now?

    You need to log in to the website before you can see any of the main Clubroom content. There should be a link to do this on the right hand side of this page (in normal view); Mobile view will differ. If you are struggling to log in, use this website login page link.
  2. I try logging in, but just get a blank page. What should I do?

    This sometimes happens. If the screen goes blank after you have submitted your details, just refresh the page (usually using the F5 button or a button on your browser). If asked whether you want to re-submit data, please say yes. In most cases this 5-second procedure clears the fault. If you are still having problems, contact the webmaster.
  3. I do not have login details for the website. How can I get these?

    Our webmaster should have created a login for every FPOW member.

    1. I do not know my username
      Finding out your username should be as simple as looking for an email, but it may be more complex depending on how long you have been a full member of FPOW.
      I have been a member since before November 2014.
      Most existing members were sent their username by email on 16 November 2014. Please check your emails from that date. If you cannot find the email this may indicate that there is a problem with your membership record, or that the email was mis-labelled as spam and deleted by your email system. Please use our contact form (with the setting ‘I would like to become a member’), mention that you are having problems finding your website username and that this may be due to your email address being recorded incorrectly.
      I became a member in November 2014 or later.
      If you signed up as a full (rather than temporary) member later than mid-November 2014, you should have been given a username either immediately when you joined, or by email within a few weeks. If more than 21 days have passed since you signed up, get in touch with the webmaster who will retrieve your membership details and issue you a username. This may take a few days.
    2. I do not know my password
      Once you have your username, you will need to create a password by going to the main login page and selecting ‘lost my password’. When a new page loads, you should be able to enter your details, and further instructions will be emailed to you.
