Happy New Year to our players and fans alike! We hope you had an enjoyable Christmas period, and you are looking forward to curling starting up again. Our first matches of 2013 will be this coming Monday (7th January) in the League Cup, with Mid Wales Kites up against the Deeside Early Birds on the 5:30 session, and all other matches at 7:30. This month is going to be quite busy for Welsh Curling - over the next three weeks we have matches in 3 different competitions, and the Four Nations is only a fortnight away too. 2013 also has the distinction of being the 40th anniversary of curling first being played in Queensferry (as far as we know), with the Welsh Curling Association's 40-year milestone coming in 2014.
