We are just a couple of days away from the start of the 2013-14 First Province season! As with previous years, the season will begin with a Development Evening and Points Competition, this coming Monday (9th September).  Anyone who wants to Try Curling for the first time should come along at 5:30pm, 6:30pm or 7:30pm, for a one-hour taster session. Also available over the course of the evening, for returning members and new members who have played before will be:

• Points Competition (est. start time 7:15pm)
• Coaching
• Practice ice

The cost for unlimited time on the ice will be £5 (£3 for under-21s).  Please bring friends, family and anyone else who might be interested. If you want to take part in the competition, more details on what shots are required are on the animation on the main Points Competition page. Returning players, please remember to bring your chequebooks to renew your membership (£50/£20) and if you wish, to pay for ice fees (£220/£120) for the main part of the season. Also, the draft schedule for the whole season is now available to view or download, though please note this is subject to possible change.
